On our first visit will do a Deep Cleaning. Generally, these cleanings are tougher and take longer than a regular cleaning. For this reason, there is an extra fee for the first time cleaning.
For our weekly, bi-weekly and monthly clients, we will schedule cleaning services that will allow you and your family a day you can depend on for your cleaning.

Yes, we bring our own high-quality cleaning supplies and equipment to every job. However, if you prefer us to use your own supplies or equipment, we’re happy to accommodate your request. Simply let us know your preference when booking the service.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly. Please note that failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a $70 late cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve all our clients efficiently.
We take the safety and security of your home and belongings very seriously. Our cleaning team consists of highly trained professionals who are background-checked. We also handle all items in your home with the utmost care and respect. For the safety of your pets and our cleaning team, we kindly ask that pets be secured in their cages or kept in a separate area, out of the way of the cleaners. This ensures that the cleaning process runs smoothly and everyone stays safe.

Payment is due upon the completion of the cleaning. Payment for move-out cleaning services and one time cleaning services is required at the time our team enters the house.
